About
We got tired of agencies
that never ran a business.
The Story
Most marketing agencies sell contractors strategies they have never tested. They read case studies, copy playbooks from YouTube, and charge thousands of dollars per month to run experiments on your ad account. When it works, they take credit. When it does not, they blame the market.
Reimagine is different. We started Rocket Garage Door Services from zero — no acquisition, no franchise, no inherited customer list. Just a truck, a phone number, and a plan. We answered the first calls ourselves. We dispatched the first jobs ourselves. We asked for the first reviews ourselves. And along the way we figured out exactly what marketing moves the needle for a contractor and what is agency theater dressed up as strategy.
Once Rocket was running on its own, we turned around and asked an obvious question: why is no other marketing agency in Central Florida doing what we just did? Why is nobody testing strategies on their own business before selling them to contractors? The answer was the same answer you already know. Because it is hard. Because most agency owners have never dispatched a crew, never handled a negative review, never talked to an angry homeowner at 9pm on a Saturday.
We had done all of that. So we started Reimagine to be the agency we would have wanted to hire back when Rocket was just getting off the ground. Every campaign, every page, every ad, every review strategy we sell has been validated on our own revenue first. When we tell you a landing page converts at 8 percent, it is because ours does. When we tell you a GBP post format doubles your call volume, it is because we ran the control group on our own phone line.
We stay in Central Florida on purpose. The territory-exclusive model we sell depends on knowing every metro, every competitor, every permit office, every supply house, and every AHJ in the counties we serve. Depth beats breadth in home services marketing, and the moment we tried to scale outside our footprint we would become exactly the kind of agency we built Reimagine to replace.
The Founders
Two founders.
One operating belief.
Co-Founder
Andre Alves
CEO · Operator · SEO Specialist · Programmer · AI Developer
Brazilian-American entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience across the United States and Brazil. Founder and CEO of Beyond Corporations, a holding that now includes six companies across three countries. Andre has founded and operated companies in multiple trades before turning the full attention of Reimagine to home service contractors in Central Florida.
Andre is also Reimagine's lead SEO specialist, and this is where his work has the most visible impact on client revenue. He has personally taken Google Business Profiles to the top 3 of the local map pack across multiple contractor trades, and has placed client websites on page 1 of Google for competitive local keywords. Every GBP, every city page, every schema block we ship is built by Andre or under his direct technical ownership. Nothing is outsourced to junior analysts, nothing is sent offshore. This is why Local SEO is Reimagine's flagship service.
Beyond the operator and SEO roles, Andre is also a programmer, web designer, and AI developer. The site you are reading right now is an example of his work: custom-built from scratch, structured so Google and AI engines can cite your business, loads in under a second on mobile, zero template debt. When we sell website design to a client, the person writing the code is the same person running the business.
At Reimagine, Andre leads client strategy, handles every discovery call personally, and runs point on Rocket Garage Door Services as its operating owner. He is the voice you hear when you book a call and the person who decides whether your territory is a fit.

Dr. Kebar Y
PhD in Marketing · Ex-Google · Meta
Dr. Kebar holds a PhD in Marketing. Her doctoral research focused specifically on small business failure patterns — why most small businesses do not survive their first two years and which operational and marketing decisions separate the survivors from the casualties.
Beyond the academic work, she spent two years working at Google and currently works at Meta (over one year, ongoing). The two largest advertising platforms in the world trust her expertise. That is not a side note. It is a categorical difference from every generalist agency selling Google Ads and Meta Ads management to contractors. The platforms where you spend your ad dollars trust her, and now small businesses can access the same expertise.
Her research plus platform experience shapes how we measure campaign performance, how we structure client reports, and how we decide which channels are worth investing in for each contractor we work with. If Andre is the operator, Dr. Kebar is the methodologist.
The Research Behind Reimagine
We studied why
small businesses fail.
Most marketing agencies start with a thesis like “we can generate more leads.” Reimagine started with a different thesis: if roughly 20 percent of small businesses fail in their first year and nearly half fail within five years, what operational and marketing patterns predict which small businesses make it past the survival window? That is the question Dr. Kebar Y spent her doctoral research answering.
Her thesis examined small business failure across dozens of dimensions: lead acquisition discipline, customer retention, pricing, financial hygiene, review velocity, local brand consistency, response time, and a long list of operational details. She mapped which patterns consistently showed up in businesses that failed within two years, and which countermeasures showed up in businesses that survived and scaled.
When Dr. Kebar and Andre started Rocket Garage Door Services, they used the thesis as a literal operating manual. Every marketing decision, every review response template, every city page rollout, every ad budget allocation was cross-referenced against the failure patterns the research had identified. Rocket was not built on intuition. It was built on a falsifiable hypothesis about what contractor businesses need to do to survive and compound.
Today, every Reimagine engagement is informed by the same research. When we audit a new contractor client, we are not just looking at marketing performance. We are looking at the operational and marketing signals that research shows predict two-year survival. If we see a failure pattern in a prospect's business, we will tell them before we ever cash a check, even if it means losing the sale.
Our Values
Three rules we do not break.
01
Test on ourselves first
Nothing gets sold to a client until it has moved the needle on Rocket Garage Door Services. No theory, no exceptions. If it does not work on our own books, it never hits yours.
02
Territory exclusivity
One contractor per trade per metro. You are never competing against another Reimagine client in your backyard. Your competitor literally cannot hire us as long as you are active.
03
Transparent reporting
You see every dollar, every click, every call, every lead, every conversion. Shared dashboards, monthly strategy calls, no black boxes, no vanity metrics. If we had to hide it, we would not ship it.
Why We Started Rocket
An agency without a
live lab is guessing.
Most marketing advice for contractors is recycled. Generalist agencies read a Reddit thread, test it for two weeks, call it a best practice, and sell it to every client they have. By the time the tactic is broken, the client has already paid three retainers and moved on to a different agency that will recycle the same mistake.
The only honest way to build a contractor marketing agency is to be a contractor first. So we started Rocket Garage Door Services in Polk County and committed to building it to the same standard of service we expect our clients to deliver. That is the standard that exposes which marketing actually works. A broken lead funnel on a client account is annoying. A broken lead funnel on your own business is urgent.
Today, Rocket is a full-fledged Polk County garage door contractor. It also happens to be the most rigorously tested marketing case study in Central Florida. Every single Reimagine playbook has been validated on Rocket's real customers, real ad spend, and real phone lines before it ever ships to a client. That is the meaning behind our tagline. We are not marketing built for contractors. We are marketing built by contractors.
