What exactly is the commission?+
20% of the client's monthly plan, every month, for as long as they stay a Hub subscriber. No expiration date, no different commission rate by tier. Bronze and Platinum receive the same 20%; what changes is the recognition and the annual rewards.
How do the 2 levels work?+
Level 1 is direct commission: you refer a business, it subscribes, and you earn 20% of its monthly plan every month. Level 2 is the network bonus: you invite another affiliate, and for every business they refer, you receive an extra 1% of that business's plan. The 1% comes out of Reimagine's revenue, not your colleague affiliate's commission, so they keep their full 20%.
When does the first payment land?+
30 days after the client's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. From there, monthly, automatic, no need to ask.
Is this a pyramid scheme?+
No. Affiliate signup is free, and your commission comes out of Reimagine's revenue on the client's subscription you referred, not from another affiliate's pocket. The 1% Level 2 bonus is on top, and it doesn't reduce anything for the person you invited into the program.
Do I need an LLC or business entity?+
Not at first. Individuals can receive commissions directly via ACH. At higher monthly earnings, we recommend setting up an LLC for tax efficiency, and our team advises when you reach that threshold.
What if the business I referred cancels?+
The commission on that account stops the month it cancels. You lose nothing retroactively. Cancellation is rare because Hub has 100% guided onboarding, built-in beginner mode, human support plus Deco AI, and custom personalization at no cost on the Elite plan. A well-referred client stays for years.
