Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No lock-in. We start with a 3-month foundation engagement, then month-to-month. Every engagement includes a custom-built website financed at 0% over 12 months. Stay a year and the site costs you nothing. If you cancel before month 12, you just pay the remaining balance on the website, which is yours to keep permanently. That is not a penalty, it is paying for an asset you own. We also offer an annual commitment option: pay for 10 months and get 12, saving roughly 17%. Territory exclusivity is tied to active status, so if you pause, your territory opens to the next contractor in line.
What is the difference between Starter and Activate?+
Starter gives you one ad channel (Google Ads or Meta Ads, your choice) and the full SEO and GBP foundation. Activate unlocks both ad channels running simultaneously, adds GLSA management for the Google Guaranteed badge, dedicated landing pages for each campaign, an extra service page and blog post per month, and a city page expansion plan. If you are choosing between the two, the question is simple: can your business benefit from running Google Ads and Meta Ads at the same time? If yes, Activate pays for itself in lead volume.
What is the difference between Activate and Intermediate?+
Activate gives you both Google Ads and Meta Ads running together plus GLSA management, but no social media. Intermediate adds a full Instagram and Facebook presence with video editing, posting, and engagement, plus a monthly strategy report and an extra blog post per month. If you want maximum ad reach without the social overhead, Activate is the right fit. If your business benefits from a visible social presence, Intermediate is worth the step up.
What is the difference between Intermediate and Growth?+
Intermediate covers both ad channels, GLSA, and social media on Instagram and Facebook. Growth adds a third social platform (TikTok or LinkedIn), doubles the monthly page output to eight, adds competitor intelligence reports, weekly performance calls, and a direct Slack or WhatsApp channel to our team. Growth is the package where compound SEO kicks in around month 4.
What is the difference between Growth and Scale?+
Growth is our full-stack package for a single metro area. Scale is for contractors expanding across Central Florida. The key additions in Scale are multi-GMB creation and management (establishing Google Business Profiles in new service areas), multi-metro GLSA campaigns, multi-metro ad architecture, two additional social platforms, a custom real-time dashboard, a dedicated strategist, priority territory locks, and quarterly on-site strategy sessions. Scale is for established contractors whose crew capacity supports multiple metros simultaneously.
Do I pay for ad spend separately?+
Yes. The monthly fee is management. Ad spend is billed directly by Google and Meta to your own accounts, under your control. For Starter (one channel), we recommend minimum $750 per month. For Activate and Intermediate (both channels plus GLSA), minimum $1,500. For Growth and Scale, $3,000 or more to see compounding returns.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?+
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We will never push you to a bigger package than your revenue supports.
What is not included in any package?+
Raw video recording (you film, we edit and post), photography, drone footage, and ad spend. These are billed separately or handled on your end. Everything else, including strategy, creative, copy, ad management, SEO, reviews, reporting, and performance calls, is included in your package fee. Social media management is included from Intermediate and above. Video editing and posting is included from Intermediate and above.
What is GLSA and why does it matter?+
GLSA stands for Google Local Service Ads. These are the ads that appear at the very top of Google search results with a green Google Guaranteed badge. For contractors, GLSA is one of the highest-converting ad placements because homeowners see the badge and trust the business immediately. GLSA is included in every package from Activate and above. Scale includes multi-metro GLSA campaigns across multiple service areas.
Why are your prices lower than big agencies?+
Because we also run a contractor. Rocket Garage Door Services covers our overhead. Reimagine is not a margin machine trying to extract the maximum from every client. We charge for the work, not for the office rent.
I tried an agency before and it did not work. Why would this be different?+
Most agencies that fail contractors share three problems: they do not understand the trades, they optimize for vanity metrics instead of calls, and they lock you into long contracts so there is no accountability after month one. We run Rocket Garage Door Services ourselves, so we know what a real lead looks like versus a click that wastes your dispatcher's time. Our reporting tracks booked jobs, not impressions. And the month-to-month structure after Foundation means we have to earn your business every single month or you leave.
I already get enough work from word of mouth. Why would I pay for marketing?+
Word of mouth is the best channel any contractor has, and we would never tell you to stop relying on it. The problem is that word of mouth does not scale predictably, does not protect you during slow seasons, and disappears overnight if a key referral source retires or moves. Marketing does not replace referrals. It fills the gaps between them so your crew never sits idle, and it builds a digital footprint that generates leads even when nobody happens to mention your name that week.
$779 a month is a lot for a small operation. How do I know I will get a return?+
If your average job ticket is $500 or more, you need two extra jobs a month to cover the entire Starter fee. Most contractors on our roster see that return inside the first 60 days. The Discovery phase at the start of every engagement includes a written assessment of your market, your competition, and the realistic timeline for ROI in your specific trade and metro. If the numbers do not make sense for your business at its current size, we will tell you on the Discovery call and recommend you wait until they do.
My buddy handles my website and runs some ads for me. Why switch?+
If your buddy is getting you consistent, trackable leads at a cost you can measure, keep them. Seriously. But most contractors in this situation cannot answer three basic questions: how many leads did your marketing generate last month, what was the cost per lead, and which channel produced the highest quality calls?
